PAYMENT
The full payment for your order (including the product price and applicable delivery charges) will deducted from your Online Internet Banking or credit card method on the completion of your order. Delivery will commence once payment has been processed and validated.

DELIVERY / SHIPPING
The products will be dispatched from us during the working days (Working days: Monday – Friday, Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays) after confirming your order and receipt of payment. Delivery time may range from 3 to 10 working days depending on the nature of your order (local or overseas) and logistic partners.

All goods for sale are subjected to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a substitute or cancellation. If you do not accept a substitute item and we shall refund your credit/money accordingly.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Order cancellation will not be entertained. 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
The returns shall only be applicable to genuine claims such as quality issue (expired products), quantity shortage, serious damage products on during transit. Return requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery date. 

In cases where products are to be returned, products must be in its original condition and original packaging. 

Refund request will be processed within 21 days and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
