INGREDIENTS
- 1 can of SUNSTAR RED BEANS (drained)
- 1.5L cooking water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1 box coconut milk (small)
- 1 tin of evaporated creamer
- 3 tablespoons of glutinous flour
- 3 tablespoons of corn flour
- Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Crush the red kidney beans into pieces.
- Bring water and sugar to a boil in one pot.
- Add glutinous flour dan cornstarch into sugar water mixture.
- Then, add in the concentrated milk, coconut milk and evaporated creamer. Add slight salt according to liking.
- Bring to boil then add the beans that have been crushed. Stir well. Close the fire.
- Put in ice cream plastic case and freeze.
