INGREDIENTS
- 200g diced chicken
- 1 tin SUNSTAR CHICK-PEAS – drain water and blend 1/3 of it
- 2 sprigs curry leaves
- 2 tomatoes – diced
- 2 large onion – diced
- 3 green peppers – thinly sliced
- 1 stalk coriander – chopped
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 3 tbsp cooking oil *
- 5 tbsp of meat curry powder *
- 3 cloves garlic – finely pounded *
- 2 inches ginger – finely pounded
- Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all cooking oil, curry powder and garlic until it becomes paste.
- Heat oil, sauté large onions, curry leaves
- Add in curry paste and cook till fragrant.
- Add in chicken, tomatoes & coriander. Stir well.
- Add water & simmer for 10min.
- Add in yogurt, chick-peas & a pinch of salt to taste. Stir well.
* add more water for more watery paste
