INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tin 285g SUNSTAR Beef Curry
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put all the ingredients into the mixer and blend, excluding SUNSTAR Beef Curry.
- Make sure all ingredients are evenly mixed to a liquid batter.
- Run the batter through a sieve.
- Note: If the batter is too thick, does not go through the sieve smoothly, you can mix another half cup of water.
- Heat up the pan. Once its hot, pour the batter slowly on to the pan by making multiple circles on the pan to form web shape.
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes, lift up the Roti Jala and place to a plate.
- No need to flip the Roti Jala in the pan.
- Repeat the step until the batter runs out. This recipe can make 20 pieces of Roti Jala.
- Roti Jala is best eaten with our SUNSTAR Beef Curry. Open a can and heat up the contents via stove or microwave. Serve immediately.
